Pole Fitness

Learn pole dancing for fun and fitness; make new friends, boost your confidence, aid weight loss, tone up and improve your core strength and flexibility.

Our beginners course is designed to build your strength and confidence on the pole.  Here you will learn the foundations and learn some spins and tricks - even a little routine too.


Our mixed ability classes are just that - open to everyone regardless of ability.  We have found that seeing what our more advanced students can do and hearing about their journey helps to inspire and encourage.
