Information

All of LiverPole's Fitness Poe Dance Courses are 6 weeks long. Each class last
60mins and begins with a warm up, followed by a pole dance routine, body
conditioning and a cool down. The focus of each class is to improve strength,
muscle tone and flexibility.

Bronze Course (beginner)
You will learn to perform basic pole spins and transitional moves.

Silver Course (intermediate)
You will learn to perform basic pole spins one handed along with intermediate
spins and transitional moves.

Gold Course (advanced)
You will learn to perform variations of the basic and intermediate spins along with
tricks, such as inversions (upside down).

Platinum Course (plus)
You will continue to progress onto more advanced and difficult tricks.
