Liverpole

I fell in love in pole back in 2008. 

For me it was so much more fun than regular fitness classes - and I was hooked!

Since then I have trained in and introduced aerial hoop, stretch classes, yoga, burlex, boogie bounce and possibly the only in venue in Liverpool where you can combine and learn pole silks.
